What the contact form collects

• Your name, the phone number or email you give, and your note.
• Whether you checked the box to get text messages.
• Which page or link brought you to the site, whether you're on a phone or a computer, your screen width, and how many seconds you were on the page.

The form is delivered to my email by a form service, Web3Forms. Site visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

What I do with it

I use it to get back to you and, if you become a customer, to do the work and bill for it. That's all.

I don't sell or rent your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. The services that carry your messages (the form service, my email provider, and the text messaging provider) handle them only to deliver them.

Text message terms

• Program: 906 Digital customer texts.
• Who gets them: people who check the text-message box on the contact form, and customers who agree to texts when they sign up.
• What they're about: replies to your inquiry, scheduling, updates on your project or service, and billing reminders. No marketing blasts.
• How often: message frequency varies with your project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping: reply STOP at any time and you'll get one confirmation and nothing after. Reply HELP for help, or email joey@906digital.com.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
